Illegal Elvira, Mary & Hay-soos
In a few months, Americans will be hosed down with "holiday" sob stories of Maria and Jose (Mary and Joseph), "undocumented immigrants" and their baby child Hay-soos (Jesus) struggling to stay in the U.S. in the face of mean-spirited laws. Enter Elvira, the border-jumping, identity thief who was given a free trip to Tijuana yesterday after hiding in a Chicago church for a year. (I admit, I was happy that the church, not my fellow Citizen tax-slaves, had to feed and house this criminal alien.) Finally, they caught her as she sought to empower co-conspirators and other absconders, and she was deported under the terms of a deportation order she ignored. Now she is whining about the illegals' struggle to reunify families, as her 14th Amendment jackpot baby son remains in the U.S. Let's all note WE have NO responsibility for separating these families. If Elvira fails to bring her son home with her, she has effectively abandoned him, her choice.
Elvira, what kind of mother are you to put your only child through this? Send for him and reunite with him in your country, Mexico. Give him that same enriching immigrant experience you sought by breaking into our nation. You've cashed in on a good public education ($8,000/yr) for him for years. Your own English is so incomprehensible, my guess is he speaks Spanish well, so it is merely a matter of moving him south into a far better climate than Chicago's. If you want to be an activist, fix Mexico! Break a few of your own laws there, and seek sanctuary in an iglesia there. But first and foremost, show us those great family values we are constantly told you exhibit. Do not abandon your own, personal Hay-Soos to others. Ask yourself: What would Maria (Mary) do?
Of course we are all being told this is another 'Alien (aka Elian) Gonzalez' situation. 'Little Alien' nearly drowned when his late mother and her current boyfriend boarded a Cuban raft apparently held together with water-soluble glue disintegrated. (Remember, the Vikings sailed far worse seas thousands of years earlier in well-built, ocean ready craft, begging many questions.) Li'l Alien, in a typical child-killer Attorney General Janet Waco show of force, was seized and reunited with his father in Cuba after his mother's great fiasco. Elvira, we are praying your fiasco is over. Do the right thing and get your son. Stop using him as a pawn in your own scam to keep one foot in the U.S.
Farewell to Patriot Activist Bob Simmons (July 1, 2007)
America lost a great patriot this week. Bob Simmons was my mentor in many ways. He and I shared real-time and memories of crazy immigration meetings in California, and when I think of those events and his wonderful, wild, shocking behavior (!), I cannot help but smile. Bob was a great teacher too, and shared his experience and observations of the Black Panther movement (being nice gets a movement nowhere!). I wish we had video of him at a "San Patricio" (St. Patrick's Brigade) event, honoring Irish colluders with Mexican soldiers during the Mexican-American war. When caught, American soldiers hung the Irish traitors who had been allowed to emigrate to the US in exchange for serving in our military, from which they promptly defected. There Bob sat, a smiling older gentleman, leaning on a cane, listening quietly, so very civilized as seditious speakers glorified Mexican and Irish enemies. The next moment, as the panelists proudly revealed their Aztlan plan to take over America, Bob jumped to his feet shouting, eyes darting, his cane whirling wildly above his head, looking like he might just use his cane to impale the enemy, or at least whack them hard on the head. His transformation that evening truly freaked out the open-borders crowd -- how could they respond to this "elderly" "disabled" man who possibly posed a threat to them? Of course, they called the cops to silence us Americans. The cops reminded the fascists that we have a First Amendment right to speak freely, a concept foreign to them. Bob later limped out to his car, savoring that sweet victory, and we recalled it with glee for years. I met Bob so many years ago, when we started the battle to keep America for Americans. He was typing up and faxing alerts, and I convinced him (after much pushing and prodding) to buy my old computer so that he could use email and get on the internet. He really didn't like that new-fangled technology, at least that is what he told me at the time. A couple of weeks later, Bob junked that old Mac, bought a high-powered state-of-the-art computer, and never looked back. As Bob's mobility declined, he became an info hub, courier, and distributor of critical alerts. He rallied our troops over and over again. The fact that he died the very week that We the People turned back a Senate Amnesty Bill from Hell is fitting. Bob fought the fight, ran the race -- even when he couldn't walk --and quietly laid down his sword only when Victory was in sight. Bob ("LucasValley@") was a great foot soldier, dedicated activist, hero, and true American Patriot. He must be counted among the Founding Fathers of the New Republic, which only now is beginning to spring forth in the hearts and minds of awakened Americans. I already miss you Bob! Thank you for your service.

This Saturday, May 5th, join with me as I lament the French loss of a minor battle to Mexicans on May 5, 1862, after Napoleon III chose to seize land in exchange for an unpaid debt. Nappie's cousin, Austrian Archduke Maximilian, led French troops in a failed effort to take control of Mexico City. While Max ultimately did gain control of Mexico, it was for a short time, and then Mexico reverted to, well, Mexico. As a descendant of the Norman [i.e., Norsemen] French from whom my surname springs, I will mark May 5 by patronizing a local French restaurant, raising a toast to Max & company, sipping a fine French wine, with a la carte brie and pate on a fresh baguette. I shall ponder what might have been had my French famille maintained control of Mejico. Champagne, cognac, cafe au lait, croissant, fromage, amour, philosophie. Join me in marking a new American tradition: Cinquieme de Mai, Max Day! ....Viva la France.
May Day! May Day! If you trace your ancestors back to Northern Europe, as I do, you should mark today, May Day, when a wonderful celebration that often lasted a week signaled the beginning of sowing the seeds for the Fall Harvest. May Day was an occasion for great revelry, complete with new wines, delicious feasts and partying. Yet, today, many American streets will fill with communist thugs celebrating the alien May Day on behalf of the international workers brigade. Admitting their serf status, barbarians will demand "rights" at the expense of hard-working Citizens who owe them bloody nothing, not even the trip home they all must take, pronto. The American Dream, Protestant style, is to work hard and succeed through your own efforts. Our Dream has morphed into the Bolshevikian brainstorm of people enslaved by their own brainless scheming and screaming. We should drive these border jumpers, and their organizers (many descended from the key players in the so-called Russian Revolution, not Russian at all) to their ancestral homelands and take back our streets. P.S. On Saturday, don't forget to celebrate our French brothers and sisters, who prevailed against the Mexicans, losing a minor battle on May 5th. (Imagine having to celebrate an insignificant battle on your way to losing the War. Pathetic!) Buy some good French wine, French bread, pate and brie to make the Sinkhole aka Stinko de mayo, a day to remember our nation's European-Christian heritage.

In another "only in America" immigration story, a foreigner -- who, incredibly, holds "refugee" status -- kills a Florida senior citizen as he is transporting 39 illegal aliens in his bus.
Read this newspaper account very carefully: According to Florida's Sun Sentinel, "[Olvin] Luque, a father of three U.S.-born children, is a Honduran national who has ***temporary* ** status in the United States ***since Hurricane Mitch*** ripped through ***his**** country in ***1998***. He came here in **1993*** and went to Palm Beach Lakes High School." Translation? Luque entered the US illegally in 1993, went to high school at our expense, and five years later --in 1998 -- was granted "refugee" status due to Hurricane Mitch hitting Honduras (remember, he was in Florida at the time!). As a "refugee", Luque gained access to all kinds of publicly funded goodies. In the past 10 years, rather than go back to Honduras to build a grass hut "casa" in about 20 minutes, he has fathered three anchor babies and works as a bus driver smuggling (aiding and abetting) illegal aliens to and from their illegal jobs for rogue employers who are breaking Federal and State immigration and employment laws.
And finally: "[Luque] didn't know police would call the U.S. Border Patrol. He didn't know the people he'd worked with on a cucumber farm since November would be detained and probably deported." Well, why should Luque suspect the Border Patrol would do its job? Because they sure didn't in his case.
Why should anyone be allowed into the US as a "refugee" because a hurricane hits their nation's shores? That's happened for centuries. Do American victims of hurricanes emigrate, or are we expected to rebuild? Luque et al. is a Poster Boy for outrageous immigration policies "managed" by an inept, criminally negligent Federal government.
And now, another American woman is dead.###
Pres. George "Whatever" Bush gave some double-talk speech last night regarding his new Plan for Iraq. My opinion of Presidente Boosh is: "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss." He discussed some obligation to secure borders in Iraq, while American borders remain wide open and National Guard at the border are disarmed and ordered NOT to stop the invaders. George Bush needs to be impeached for his failure to protect Americans from invasion. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi needs to read the Constitution and understand CONGRESS has the power to declare war, not the globalist Cabal (Project for a New American Century, North American Union-FTAA globalist CFR, etc) presently running the U.S. Sadly, some Americans still think we are engaged in some noble effort, but we are instead being herded by our self-appointed, self-annointed Masters to slaughter. Indeed, the Friday following Thanksgiving saw Citizen tax slave victims of the Global Banksters getting in their RFID Chipped Cattle Cars even before the cock crew, putting themselves at physical risk of Third World thugs roaming in nearby darkened parking lots as their Merchant Masters manipulated them to save a buck of their nearly worthless, unConstitutional, unFederal fiat currency to buy Chinese-made goods even as American manufacturing plants and Citizen workers, are idle. Hey, mega Moo-sters, wake up to your Mall Manipulators. Refuse to be herded into Retail Zones. Or is this what you're about? Graham "Cracker" - As one who often clarifies my Norman-French/Scottish surname with "as in Graham Cracker", I take great offense to the recent headlines about Seinfeld's Michael "Kramer" Richards, reportedly a Jewish comedian, who took great offense and went on the offensive when he was called a "Cracker" (a racial slur referring to European-American Christians), a key part of the story that is rapidly sinking into oblivion. Richards quickly turned on the Black racists who casually used this anti-White slur, spouting the "N" word (we can't say it?). Abe Foxman/ADL's hate speech lexicon should (but doesn't) go both ways, but what is the problem? (Turnabout is fair play!) As Richards limbos lower now, I wait for the Totali-Tolerance Trotskyists (ADL, AJC, SPLC etc.) to whip their boy, Mike. BTW, did you know that the term "Cracker" originally described the hard-working White American mule-team leaders who cracked their whips to move their wagons? Time for the ADL/SPLC to spend some of their million$$$ to educate ignorant, racist Americans so that at least we can get our racial slurs straight, i.e., appropriate to the subject of our verbal attack so as to not further offend. After all, it is possible that Richards was angry because he had been falsely, cruelly mischaracterized as a red-necked White field worker. If he had been labeled "Hebe" or "Yid", would he have freaked out? Would he have used the Yiddish slur "Schwartze"(sp?) rather than the "N" word? Richards just hired PRster Howard Rubenstein to grovel publicly, likely failing to note the "Cracker" slur which triggered Richard's reaction while focusing on hateful "Whites", the favorite topic of the ADL/SPLC/AJC-CUAH. My guess is these cabals are funding Richards' increasingingly public mischaracterization of Americans' God-given right to speak freely, however offensive or controversial our comments might be. (No need to protect banal speech, after all.) Who benefit$ from the Richards/Rubenstein schtick? Richards will likely continue on the talkshow circuit, wailing as he tears his shirt. Rev. Jesse Jackson, who admitted to spitting in the food of Whites (hate spit?), and Al Sharpton, whose anti-Jewish comments resulted in shop clerks being burned alive, and let's not forget his staged Tawana Brawley fake "hate" crime-- are calling for psychiatric treatment for Richards. Pot calls kettle black (can I say that, Abe, Mo, Al and Jesse?) Remember: Americans have a God-given, unalienable (i.e., cannot be taken away) right to free speech, described in the First Amendment , despite what the Beast might blather.

FIRST DATA/WESTERN UNION SUED FOR IMMIGRATION FORUM ASSAULT
DENVER: A woman assaulted by a Mexican national at a Denver pro-immigration forum sponsored by First Data/Western Union filed a civil lawsuit today in Denver District Court. The lawsuit includes claims for ethnic intimidation, civil conspiracy, assault and battery, robbery, personal injury, and property damage against Colorado-based First Data Corporation, its subsidiary Western Union, the First Data/Western Union Foundation, the attacker and her former employer, Hep C Connection.
The plaintiff, Terry Graham, was challenging the forum's panelists from the audience when she was attacked and brutally assaulted by Julissa Molina-Soto, 32, an immigrants' rights activist.
Graham's attorney said, No person in the United States of America should fear violent retaliation for exercising her First Amendment rights to speak out and participate in an open community forum. The sponsors of this forum, First Data Corporation and Western Union, had a duty and obligation to provide adequate security at the event, a responsibility they utterly failed to satisfy.
The forum was held on July 22 at Denver's North High School. The school was recently the focus of a national controversy for displaying the Mexican flag in its classrooms.
Denver police at the event arrested Molina-Soto and charged her with assault. She was released within minutes after the intervention of Mexican General Consul Juan Marcos Gutierrez and other Latino leaders, according to reports published in La Voz Nueva, a bilingual newspaper.
As paramedics attended to Graham following the assault, Polly Baca -- a Director of First Data/Western Union Foundation and head of Denver nonprofit LARASA (The Race) -- and ACLU lawyer Adrienne Benavidez assured the largely Latino audience from the podium that Molina-Soto would have legal representation.
Molina-Soto is scheduled to appear on October 26 in Denver County Court on the assault charges.
Jeff Joseph, head of the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), is representing Molina-Soto in the criminal case.
Molina-Soto and her two children entered the U.S. nine years ago. A Mexican citizen, she reportedly has permanent resident alien status. She has held various jobs involving healthcare rights for legal and illegal Latino immigrants.
Baca's organization, LARASA, and Molina-Soto, who until recently was multicultural outreach coordinator for Denver's Hep C Connection, jointly ran a Latino outreach campaign on Hepatitis C in 2003. Benavidez, head of Denver's nonprofit Color of Justice, has long been a critic of the Denver Police Department's treatment of minorities. Benavidez headed Denver's Public Safety Review Commission, reviewing citizen complaints against police officers, for five years during which time the Police Protective Association accused her of bias. Former Police Chief Tom Sanchez protested the PSRC's witch-hunt atmosphere under her leadership. A vocal opponent of Denver's Columbus Day celebration, Benavidez also sits on the Board of Directors of Servicios de la Raza (Services For The Race).
According to the First Data/Western Union Foundation website (www.firstdatawesternunion.org) LARASA, Services de la Raza, and Hep C Connection have all received Foundation grants since 2001.
Molina-Soto's attorney, Jeff Joseph, debated Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo in February on the topic of immigration stating that "[The] enforcement policy of immigration is not in line with reality." Joseph also criticized President Bush's controversial immigrant amnesty proposal, saying it did not give incentives for illegal aliens to register and become legal US residents.
First Data Corporation has taken the lead in promoting massive immigration and immigrants' rights -- including illegal aliens -- since settling lawsuits charging that its subsidiary, Western Union, failed to disclose unreasonably high commissions it charged when wiring customers' money to Mexico.
In March, First Data/Western Union set up a $10 million Empowerment Fund to be used for Latino and pro-immigration causes. Raul Yzaguirre, president of the National Council of La Raza (The Race); Sal Gomez, Chairman the Denver Hispanic Chamber; and Robert de Posada, President of the Latino Coalition, were appointed by First Data to the Fund's Advisory Board. The Empowerment Fund is separate and in addition to charitable donations totaling about $5.5 million that First Data made as part of settlements of the class-action lawsuits.
Since March, First Data/Western Union has sponsored immigration panels across the nation. First Data ignored complaints made prior to the Denver forum that participants did not represent both sides of the issue. Panelists at the Denver forum included Thomas Saenz of the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF); Lisa Duran of Derechos Para Todos (Rights For Everyone); Juan Salgado, President of the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights; Robert de Posada of The Latino Coalition; Raul Hinosa, UCLA's North American Integration and Development Center; and Roberto Ramirez, Founder of the Jesus Guadalupe Foundation. Some individuals had complained to First Data prior to the Denver panel that it was skewed and did not represent both sides of the issue.
First Data CEO Charles Fote announced in April that $800,000 of the Empowerment Fund would be used to create a Denver pilot program to support and increase the number of Latino business owners.
