LULAC’s Washington State Representative an Illegal Alien?
by Terry Graham (Posted Nov. 30, 2006)
Jorge Chacon, LULAC's representative in Wenatchee, Washington, confirmed in a brief phone conversation we had today (11/30/06) that he is a Mexican national who entered the US illegally.
Chacon is the featured “Raza” ethnic hustler in a special series on the devastating impact illegal aliens are having upon Washington State now airing on Spokane Channel 2 news (www.krem.com). Speaking as a representative of the League of Latin American *Citizens* (LULAC), Chacon is a tireless advocate for illegal aliens -- with an emphasis on Mexicans like himself-- who are involved in seditious, often criminal activities. Note that the “Citizen” of LULA*C* need not refer to an American, per Chacon’s own Mexican citizenship.
In last night's segment, Chacon told KREM viewers that he and his mother “swam the river” to enter the US illegally.

After contacting Seattle’s Immigration and Custom’s Enforcement’s (ICE) Duty Agent’s office (206-553-6785) and ICE’s national hotline (866-347-2423) to request they investigate Chacon’s immigration status and possible illegal activities (i.e., aiding and abetting illegal aliens), I called Chacon to discuss his on-air comments. Chacon told me that his quote on KREM 2 was a mistake, and that while he did enter the US illegally from Mexico, he is now a resident alien with a green card allowing him to work in the US. And work against US law, and sovereignty, is what he does.
In our conversation, Chacon also asserted that he is a Vietnam-era vet. If true, I find it outrageous that “my” government trained a foreign national with allegiance to his -- not my -- nation, to fight and kill his enemies, whoever they might be. Bottom line, Chacon claims he has been in the US for 50 years, served in our military, and hasn’t bothered to swear his allegiance to America by becoming a Citizen. This may make him deportable, and the sooner the better.
(The fact that many current members of the US military are foreign nationals, including gang members now serving in Iraq, brings into question just who is in charge of recruiting, training and employing foreigners and illegal aliens in unConstitutional military actions, with the promise they can earn legal status and live among us despite their loyalty to other nations.)
Reviewing his activities on the internet, I can only conclude that the Mexican Chacon’s adversaries are Americans fed up with open borders. The fact that we Americans have paid (and paid and paid) to educate, medicate and incarcerate Chacon and his companeros in crime makes me want to spit nails.
Frankly, I don’t believe a word Chacon told me about his “legal” immigration status, and ask others to call ICE toll free (866-347-2423) and demand he be scrutinized for his on-air admission that strongly implied he is still an illegal alien. His videotaped KREM interview should make this investigation a no-brainer. Chacon has helped criminal invaders as they terrorize Citizens and overwhelm law enforcement officers throughout Washington State and, increasingly, Idaho. Has Chacon registered as a foreign agent in the service of the Republic of Mexico as he agitates for Mexicans in the US illegally?
According to KREM's Special Report on Criminal Aliens in Washington, Seattle's DEA office believes 40 of its 62 "Most Wanted" are criminal aliens from or likely to be from Mexico and a few Central American countries. On Washington State Patrol's "Most Wanted" list, 75 percent of the suspects are known or thought to be from Mexico, or other nations. Law enforcement authorities say some of the most violent criminals at large in Washington State are illegals from Mexico.
LULAC has long been known for its anti-American, globalist agenda and smarmy smear tactics. Just today (11/30/06), Dallas Morning News columnist and talk show host Mark Davis reports that LULAC is labeling a Farmer’s Branch (TX) City Council member acting against illegal aliens as “racist”, “un-American” and “un-Christian,” as if, Davis notes, “we are called on by Jesus to practice a bizarre brand of compassion that involves blindness to just laws.”
LULAC’s long, sordid history of involvement in illegal activities came to my attention in 1994, when its President Jose Velez was charged and later convicted of 10 counts of immigration fraud, including conspiring to file false legalization applications with the INS on behalf of thousands of unqualified aliens. In post-9/11 America, We the Citizens must understand that Chacon's LULAC, La Raza, MECha, MALDEF and other groups intent upon destroying our national sovereignty pose a clear and present danger to our nation and our persons. That these groups are still operating in the open -- often with tax-free status -- and that our borders and interior remain as out-of-control as the KREM 2 series on illegal aliens reveals, begs the question of those sworn (and employed) to protect us including Pres. Bush, V.P. Cheney, Department of Homeland Security Chief Michael Chertoff and Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez: Why?
