| You have to wonder why Denver's then District Attorney, Bill Ritter, just couldn't get a strong case together against Julissa Molina Soto. My efforts to have his office determine her immigration status were blocked at every point, until my assigned "Victim's Advocate" finally followed through to discover she had a greencard. It was I, thought various contracts, that tracked down her lengthy criminal record -- and at least give aliases (both suppressed at trial). Bill Ritter is now Governor of Colorado. He is no doubt a "chosen" enemy of the American people, and his efforts to cut plea bargain deals with illegals and immigrants, so these abominations avoided deportation to their nations, are legion. Ritter is a first-class Traitor. No American should feel safe under his leadership. Terry Graham - November 2006 August 28, 2005 CRIME PAYS FOR JULISSA MOLINA SOTO by Terry Graham Today is Julissa Molina Soto's birthday (DOB 8-28-72). Her Rap Sheet tells me so. Molina Soto is the Mexican national who attacked and beat me to the floor at Denver's "Immigration Reform" Public Forum held by open-borders corporate profiteer Chuck Fote's First Data Corporation and its transfer-of-American-wealth subsidiary Western Union held on July 22, 2004. Julissa Molina Soto (photo) was born in Mexico and needs to go home. She claims she entered the US nine years ago with two children. That doesn't add up given her arrest 12 years ago on August 16, 1993 in Colorado's Arapahoe County by Littleton Police for driving without a valid license, operating a vehicle without insurance, and a child safety restraint violation. Sounds like Molina -- the surname she gave for this crime -- was here illegally as she broke these laws. Seditious 'Sanctuary' Policies for illegal aliens gave her a pass. Her Rap Sheet notes another appearance before a court on February 2, 1995, at least a year before she says she came to America. Molina-Soto's Colorado crime spree then shifts to Douglas County, where on August 12, 1998 using the surname Soto -- she pled guilty to child abuse for an offense committed on 6/29/98. Her probation officer was Anthony Cortez. Likely an illegal alien at the time of this arrest, she hired a private, expensive attorney, Jeff Joseph, to avoid deportation. (Joseph, head of the Denver Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association -- AILA -- often represents illegal alien child molesters and sex offenders, so a child abuser was no big deal.) Incredibly, a year later, Judicial Officer Susanna Lea Meissner-Cutler grants a motion to vacate Molina Soto's guilty plea, with the record noting that "The court does this with great reluctance." Then why did you do it, Susanna? Does America lack child abusers? Must we import them? The lengthy printout I have summarizing Molina Soto's criminal history shows her many encounters with the police, and it's not pretty. It also contradicts her statements to the media. Clearly, she is a criminal and a liar. Following the June 2005 shocking "not guilty" verdict in the criminal trial arising from her brutal assault on me, Denver Post Latina reporter Elizabeth Aguilera pens a rosy profile of Molina Soto's acquittal, notable for its failure to tell the truth. "There were days she considered suicide.. said Soto, who emigrated from Mexico nine years ago"..."Soto had no idea she'd tangle with anti-immigrant forces when she arrived in Colorado nine years ago with her two children." Do the math, Elizabeth. Her first crime reveals she was here, breaking our laws, as far back as 1993. "Julissa Molina Soto thought she was taking a stand, defending the rights of immigrants in an exchange (?) at a public forum." Well, Soto has actually been quoted in the press saying she is an advocate for illegal aliens, who are not "immigrants..." Words do mean something; surprised a reporter doesn't know that, or maybe she doesn't doesn't care. Por la raza, todo? Fuera de la raza, nada? "But her stand [Don't you mean punches, Latin Lizzie? Watch the video! *see links below] turned to an arrest. The advocate [law breaker and accomplice] became the one who needed to be defended, fighting to clear her name. 'I became scared and suspicious of everything and everyone,' [Molina Soto] said." Well, violent, dishonest criminals have a tendency to project their personality disorders upon others, Julissa. Indeed, given your criminal history and obvious lies, people should be scared and suspicious of YOU. "I would think, 'I came here and worked hard to build my reputation and this happened to me."' Worked hard to build your reputation? And the attack you launched upon me "happened to YOU"? Julissa's self-serving, twisted, whiney comments sure do make her sound like the victim, but fact is, she is the perpetual perp -- apparently starting with the first step she took in the US. The reputation she has built is detailed online, courtesy of Colorado cops and courts. I must note here the various lies, deceptions and malicious comments printed about me in La Voz Nueva, a local bilingual rag run by Wanda M. Padilla, another truth-challenged "Latina". Wanda, criminal libel is actionable in Colorado. A retraction and correction are in order. Pronto. For her Grand Finale, Aguilera quotes Soto as claiming that this recent criminal case [assaulting me] gave her a "crash course" in the American legal system. Ding Ding Ding...The B.S.-O'Meter goes off the charts with this whopper offered up by a shameless, pathological liar and Mexican miscreant. Soto's numerous encounters with Colorado's justice system, all paid for with our tax dollars, make her recent claims to being new to the American legal system outrageous. Mentiras, Mentiras Mentiras (Lies, Lies, Lies). Julissa Mentira Soto. The Denver District Attorney lost its case against the lying Molina Soto, in fact the DA's victim advocate told me they lost 80% of the cases tried that week of The People of Colorado v. Whatever Her Name Is. Fortunately for Julissa, her attorney, ACLU supporter Frank Moya, successfully suppressed his client's use of at least five aliases and her guilty plea to child abuse charges. Let's not confuse the jury with the facts or patterns of behavior. Three Denver Police Officers testified that the menacing Molina Soto struck me numerous times and three more witnesses corroborated that testimony. The video presented at trial (google 'Terry Graham Assault' to view it on the net or use links below)* shows the final seconds of her vicious assault, with Molina Soto punching me twice in the face with her fist, and slapping me hard on my head as a large man struggles to restrain her. Her face -- contorted with rage at being restrained by a Good Samaritan-- is caught for all time on video. Many have commented on it. Another video, preceding her attack, shows Molina Soto jumping from her seat, darting across the auditorium and entering my row, where she quickly attacks me. Yet this lying lunatic testified that she wanted to "avoid any confrontation." Mex, Lies & Videotapes? During my testimony, Moya introduced yet another lie designed to manipulate the jury and make me look bad by claiming that I had called Julissa Molina Soto "A Mexican piece of sh*t." Did ACLU lawyer Adrienne Benavidez (funded by First Data/Western Union), First Data/Western Union's Polly Baca, or Denver's Mexican Consul -- all of whom offered Soto support when she was arrested -- suggest this nasty, false claim? So typical of corrupt third-world cultures being imported into the US on the backs of people like this bunch. While I never said such a thing, I must agree that Molina Soto fits the bill! Lying (not Flying) Nun Maria Molly Munoz, a paid agitator for illegal aliens employed by the Catholic Diocese, traded her tee-shirt and pants for an old-fashioned, saintly habit to testify in support of Julissa's fictionalized account of the attack -- claiming I hit her. Bearing false witness -- so much for those bothersome Ten Commandments, no? -- Sister Munoz stepped forward to testify only after Denver's Mexican Consulate sent out an email solicitation seeking help for Julissa more than three months after the assault. Lisa Flores, paid staffer for Denver's Latino Advisory Council, which serves Mayor John Hickenlooper -- whose restaurant employed Mexican illegal alien cop killer Raul Gomez Garcia, also testified in support of Julissa's lies. Despite claims of Brown solidarity and supremacy, Molina Soto is identified as "Caucasian" in her criminal records, causing crime statistics for Whites to soar as she breaks laws throughout the Denver metro area. So much for raza pride! Recently, Julissa Molina Soto announced her next goal is to hold elected office in America. She has already landed a high paying job with Colorado's State Department of Higher Education's CollegeInvest program (phone: 303/376-8824; http://www.collegeinvest.org ), a job Americans can and would like to do. Her job: handing out $700,000 of Citizen tax-slave earnings to immigrants "with no credit history" (La Voz Nueva, July 20, 2005, p. 9.) La Voz ran a photo of her standing at a whiteboard with her notes -- in Spanish only, of course -- helping in yet another transfer of money to her community. Though the Colorado Constitution makes English the "Official Language" of Colorado, Julissa happily -- and with her supervisor's blessing -- doesn't bother with that mandate, either. A quick look at the photo collage featured on the Department's home page http://www.state.co.us/cche_dir/hecche.html reveals that European-Americans need not apply. My guess is her emotional distress is largely caused by my not going quietly into the night, and her fear that the truth about her and her self-serving lies will be made public. Well, you have been outed, but do character, lying, cheating and violence to silence adversaries matter anymore in our nation's tranformation by Julissa & companeros from America The Beautiful into a crime-ridden, corrupt, stinking Americaca? Her former employer, Denver's Hep C Connection is suing me for malicious prosecution, based upon -- among other things -- the "not guilty" verdict in the criminal case. My civil lawsuits against her, Hep C, and forum sponsors First Data/Western Union continue, and as with so many American victims of violent, hateful immigrants who prey upon Americans, I must pay for my own lawyer, and am grateful for any help readers can offer to pursue justice.
